"We were upgraded to a superior suite. It was spacious, but it was tired and very basic. The bathroom was a good size, but the tile grout in the shower was very mouldy. The Murder mystery was really good and so was the meal that accompanied it. Good breakfast on both mornings."

"The hotel was easy to find but we had to pop in to ask for directions to the car park, but this was then easy to find and access. The location of the hotel is great for wandering around Stamford. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was on the small side but fine for a one night stay. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. Always good to find two chairs in a hotel room booked for two people!"

"Overnight stay with friends . The room was large but tired the shower did t work but at least there was plenty of hot water for the bath! Comfy bed. Good breakfast. The pub attached was great for drinks with nice staff but the evening meal was not great the starters were good as was dessert the mains where poor Overall hotel could do with a bit of tlc but I would stay again"

"Good parking for my high top van. Although Hotpoint service vans are there in abundance! Comfortable bed & nice spacious room. Good breakfast served from 6.30am in the week. Good choices for an evening meal. 👌"

"Nice couple of nights. Excellent food in the restaurant when taking an evening meal. OK breakfast. All the restaurant and room staff were courteous and friendly. A few issues with reception and booking staff. We are still waiting for the £100 holding payment to be refunded six days after returning home!! Appears that the accounts department is very quick to take and very slow to refund!!"

"I stayed for two nights the caravan was spotlessly clean as was the caravan site..you could park outside your caravan also. it was quiet and peacefull where I was.. lots to do for the children I didn’t use the restaurants and bars but seemed plenty of choice.."
