Hello,
I rent my house for 7 people maximum.
Quiet and sunny location all day on a 1500m² wooded plot 500m from shops, 2km from the port: Fort Louvois, 3km from the beach and the island of Oleron. Several possible activities: nautical, pedestrian, equestrian or even fishing. Independent house of 120m² on the ground floor. 25m² terrace, garden furniture and barbecue available. private heated pool. Parking for 3 cars. 4 bedrooms (2 with a 160 cm bed, 1 with two 90 cm beds and 1 with a 90+ bed and baby accessories), equipped American kitchen, utility room, living room, dining room, large bathroom and two bathroom.

Maison accueillante avec jardin très agréable, table à l'ombre pour manger, salon extérieur, piscine chauffée très jolie et très agréable dans un beau jardin bien structuré. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque de rien si ce n'est d'un wifi plus performant.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un village très bien situé pour se rendre très facilement à Oléron, à la Rochelle, à Rochefort, visiter le zoo... Séjour au calme tout confort en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable court séjour en famille. Le jardin entièrement clôturé est sécurisant avec de jeunes enfants. Très bon week-end

La propriété était très propre, bien rangé. Les propriétaires on était vraiment adorables, et nous on même avancer l'heure d'arriver et de départ. Le seul problème c'est que dans l'annonce il était indiqué que la piscine était chauffé alors que lors de notre venu la PAC était à l'arrêt et donc la piscine n'était pas chauffé.

Super emplacement

Entre copains nous avons trouvé pour 7 adultes une maison avec pour chaque couple une chambre. Un 8 ème n'aurait pas été possible. Pour autant les propriétaires ont été dispo et sympa. Le logement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances. La vaisselle aussi. Petite mention quant au fait que les draps et la vaisselle ont du être installés en fin de saison dernière. Sinon je recommande c'est top. Merci !
