I paid extra to have 4 people rather than 2 and got 1 sample size of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Why am I charged more and given the same amount of items as a single person room? No trash can liners and when you request anything from staff they seemed upset to be bothered.

Staff booked us in a room already occupied, took forever to get thst figured out at the front desk. Room was half cleaned with TV and bathroom light still on. Housekeeping came knocking at the door at 8:15am when check out isn't until 11am

Hotel Boulderado
I saw a few guests with their pups. We had dinner at the Spruce Farm and fish restaurant, it was delicious & the drinks were reasonable for an upscale hotel.
