"Room was clean and staff was extremely helpful. I thought the breakfast buffet was included but apparently it was not. I would not recommend the $20 breakfast buffet."

"I found this an extremely pleasant hotel from the minute I walked in and met Matt at the front desk. I had a long day of travel and he made the check-in process so easy. My room was probably the nicest room at this price point that I have ever stayed in and I have traveled a lot. I also chatted with Lee at checkout and he was pleasant and helpful too. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I am in Boulder."

"Great staff, comfortable beds, and a perfect central location. On the downside, the window faced a common walkway, forcing us to keep the blinds closed for privacy. This made the room feel a bit dark and closed-in. Additionally, the AC was quite noisy. Traffic was also a bit noisy, which prevented us from opening a window."

"First off, the location is wonderful. The unit is very clean and well appointed, however we were totally thrown by the fact that the owner (or someone) actually lives there - there was food in the refrigerator, clothing in drawers, etc. It completely threw us... but, the condo had such great energy and had everything we needed and we soon felt very comfortable and welcome that we just overlooked all the personal belongings. There is no drawer space to unpack, however there is a free-standing hanging rack in one of the bedrooms to hang clothing. The point of contact for the unit was very responsive - easy check-in and out!"
