Relaxing Modern Basement Suite w/Private Entrance

  • Fully renovated private walkout basement offers a relaxing modern decor, with all the amenities you will need for both short and long-term stays. The space is located in east Boulder and boasts easy walking access to open space trails, 3 miles to the Boulder Reservoir and just 1.5 miles to 4 Gunbarrel breweries. The house has a large backyard that is shared with the homeowner and a very friendly wirehaired pointing griffon pup. Other dogs will be considered but must be friendly with other dogs.
