Enjoy a private balcony with views of the Flatirons and the Rocky Mountains. The condo includes two covered parking spaces, one conveniently located right at the entrance, and access to a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day–Labor Day). A smart lock allows for easy, anytime check-in. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space where the living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen flow together, all with access to the balcony. The kitchen features full-size appliances, and coffee, tea, cream, and sugar are provided with each stay. The condo offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a dedicated workstation, makeup mirror, window AC unit, fan, and baseboard heating.
