"Welcome was nice and very gentle from Mr Guffroy. Location is just nearby the railways and even if the train is not every 10mn it is not so peaceful. Overall cleanliness is a real issue mostly everywhere. Moisture, dishes not clean, bathroom not clean and problems with the shower, bedrooms not clean as well, laundry is not ready and clean… Garden was like savage garden, kitchen window with humidity, parking lot dangerous and bbq not usable. "We had a very nice stay in this house and recommend it very much! The house owners were very nice and helped us very good on the day of arrival. The house is big, has a good and well equipped kitchen and a great covered terras with an outdoor kitchen. The swimmingpool and sunterras are great. All the bedrooms have airco and are spacious and comfortable. The house is good located from Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de luz and the beaches. The house is in a quit urban location.
