"Our room in particular had hair all in the bathroom still upon arrival, a toe nail clipping on the rug and the bed wasn’t all that great. We weren’t even checked out yet and our room was cleaned except some of my lotion got on the side table, and that was still there all over the hotel card. So seems ..."
