It was near the bus stop (less than a quarter mile walk) to take the bus to downtown. It was less than 2 miles from the train/subway line. That made it very convenient for going into downtown without needing to drive and battle traffic. Bing was friendly and was easy to reach by email or text message. Although, we didn't have any issues, so we didn't have any need to get a hold of her. The rental is beautiful and comfortable and clean.
