Spacious North End Studio

Centrally located studio apartment in the heart of downtown Boston in the North End. Eat at some of Boston's best Italian restaurants, indulge your sweet tooth at the famous pastry shops, all within a short walk to TD Garden, Beacon Hill, the Aquarium, and multiple MBTA lines.

Our ~450sqft studio unit is located on the 3rd floor of a professionally managed walk up building (somewhat steep/narrow staircase as is typical for the area). It is well laid out to maximize space and is perfect for couples and travelers.

There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots, and pans for you to cook with.

The bed is queen size along with a dresser and full closet with hangers for you to use.

Brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand up shower.

We provide all linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.

There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door to this building.

2nd floor walkup - no elevator.

What Gem Exceeds Expectation

This place is an amazing value. Right in Boston's popular north end, restaurants and pubs abound. This place is clean, and spacious for the money, it is well equipped. You should be aware that is it right on Hanover street so there is steady foot traffic below, you may want to consider ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I didn't find the traffic bothersome but knowing is there ahead of time will have you in the correct frame of mind. The host was great, I had a question at check in and they picked up at midnight, I was overjoyed. I'm a little hesitant to give this place such a great review because I am afraid it will never be available again. Bottom line if you are looking for a 1 bedroom and kitchen apartment, this is the place to bel.. Also, the photos don't show all the windows and natural light that make it into the place. Super sweet spot.
