Spacious in-law suite on 3rd floor of our house conveniently located in Watertown, a few steps away from Harvard Square bus line as well as a 15 minutes drive to downtown Boston and free parking spot for 1 car.
The main studio has a sitting area, working desk as well as a cozy dining space, with a separate bedroom and private bathroom with shower. You can relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunset while sipping your drinks.
We have ample closet space and drawers to store your items.

Private and Secure

With much attention to detail, from Pantene and Olay in the shower to bistro table and chairs on small balcony overlooking a beautifully leafy area, the accommodations are clean and well thought out. The pre-visit video showing the location of stairs, amenities and sleeping arrangements was a real planning bonus!

Great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for! The apartment was spacious and loved looking out on the balcony in the morning. When we come back to Watertown we will definitely try to stay here again!

Quick hop to Harvard and Boston

Wonderfully appointed space, incredibly well located with bus access, great local restaurants and a quick hop to Cambridge and Boston. Host was amazing, offering ideas and answering questions. Lovely touches in the space like coffee and water and adorably decorated. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just right for us

Traveling from Chicago to Boston with my 10-year-old grandson (from Boise) to visit my brother and show my grandson around the city. With all my brother's children home from college for the summer, we decided it would be most comfortable for my grandson and me to stay elsewhere. This was just right for the two of us - 7 minutes away from my brother's place and convenient to the city for our forays in to town. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would stay again.

The room was very nice and as advertised. Nice mini fridge with water and snacks provided. Only negative was that air conditioning is listed in amenities but was told there is no cooling system upon arrival. The first night was very hot and sticky.

Our host was very helpful and communicative, both before and during our stay. He made himself available at all times. Both the house and the neighborhood were quiet—high value for us. The parking was free and off-street. The suite was roomy and pleasantly decorated, and had everything we wanted/needed. The bed was very comfortable! The refrigerator was larger than we expected (“small,” not “mini”). That—combined with the microwave, toaster, Keurig, hot pot, and dishes/utensils—made it possible for us to bring our own breakfasts (and one supper) there and eat them at a table. Keypads made entrances easy and we felt safe, especially since there was also an interior chain door latch in the suite. Finally, even though access to the suite goes through a hallway and stairs in the family’s home, at no point did we run across anyone or feel like we were invading their personal space.

Short stay near Boston

This was a great space on the top floor in a quiet neighborhood. Mehmet was very helpful and nice. There is a bus stop close by that makes getting to Harvard or Boston very easy. There are also many small shops and eateries nearby. We loved how we could get the hustle and bustle of the city during the day and the quiet of the burbs at night. We will definitely plan to return!

Wonderful place and people

I would recommend this to anyone. Do be aware that there are stairs, but Mehmet will help you with luggage. Very welcoming, water in the fridge and also youghurt. Snacks and power bars were on a small table that could fit four. Even fresh flowers. Comfortable queen bed and a nice little porch. Basic TV, but certainly good enough. Microwave and plates and cutlery were also there. Right on the bus line between Watertown and Harvard Square. And the owners could not be more helpful and accommodating.

Boston Trip

This is located in a nice neighborhood of Watertown, which has good choice of cafes, bakeries and restaurants. If you want a clean place with all basic necessities you will not be disappointed. Overall, this is a good value considering easy access to tourist areas in Boston (by car) and free parking!

Great 1 week stay in Watertown

The owners, Mehmet and Talin, were extremely kind and hospitable. We weren't really on property much except to sleep, but everything was 100% as advertised and easy. We'll stay again (hopefully)! Aloha from Hawaii.

Couldn’t have been better!

Absolutely loved our stay here— just perfect for our family of 4, lovely accommodations very close to some restaurants and near BU. We will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Boston.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was quiet, clean and spacious, just a short drive to Cambridge, and walking distance to several casual, good restaurants. Mehmet and his wife were very helpful and kind. As we were traveling with young children we had a few extra needs including needing to do a load of laundry and freeze an ice pack, which they graciously helped us with on short notice. We were very pleased with our stay and will certainly return if in the area again.

The property is wonderful. It is indeed sunny and bright and very well maintained.

The space was perfect for my daughter and me who were traveling to the Boston area. Everything we needed was within walking distance or could be accessed by bus. Our hosts were delightful and could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Our hosts were gracious and helpful. We felt very well cared for. The house is close to a main street for ease of travel, but it is very quiet. We were visiting our daughters in Cambridge, which was about a 20 minute drive. You will need a car if you stay in this house. They provide a microwave, coffee, snacks, a fridge full of juice, yogurt, and water as well as plates and silverware if you want to bring in your own dinner. I would recommend staying in this property.
