Those of us who know about the area’s historic houses, art galleries, bars, and restaurants are not in a hurry to tell everybody else. Green St is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around: The Savin Hill subway station is within walking distance. From Savin Hill, the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston in minutes. The nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, our street offers free on-street parking.
Other Things to Note: HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

It was incredibly nice and very clean! When we walked in, there was soft and calming music coming from the TV. The only problem was the parking spot was very tight and took us a while to get in/out of the property. It was also hard to get up the stairs to the property because there were stacks of boxes we had to maneuver around. Overall, very good stay!
Great property. It is very roomy, clean, comfortable mattresses, and so nicely decorated. Great host and quick to respond! Would definitely stay there again.

Host was very responsive! The process of checking in and out was straight forward and easy. The home was very beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend it!
Place was very nice and close to the T. If we had any questions or concerns they were very responsive and quick about getting back to us. Junior addressed a few appliance issues and was very kind and helpful.

The apartment was lovely but we were given the wrong unit number and spent upwards of 30 minutes on the phone trying to access the wrong apartment before we asked if perhaps they had given us the wrong unit.
The property was as nice as listed. The kitchen, kitchen appliances, and dining area was especially nice! Being tired from travel, it was especially wonderful to have ground coffee available for our use! The bathroom with the walk-in shower was updated and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and had clean, beautiful bedding. We loved having extra towels. The WiFi and TV were very good. The unit was very clean and provided everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, had good restaurants and convenience stores available. It also was very close to public transportation. The host responded immediately to every message we had, and was very pleasant and eager to please in every way. This one is good! Wouldn’t hesitate to use this again!
