"Excellent location. Next to subway, walking distances to Freedom trail, Quincy Market, Aquarium, Seaport, and Harbor Walk. Clean, tastefully decorated, and maintained sections of original historic architecture. However, no gym, no breakfast, and at times you can hear your neighbor through the bathroom vents. Shutting the solid wood bathroom door dampens the noise."
"The Hilton Boston Park Plaza was a really great place to stay in Boston. The location is ideal for all visitors, close to restaurants, shopping Boston Commons, Boston Public Gardens, the T-Lines. we upgraded to a larger room and it was so worth it. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms have a refrigerator and coffee/tea station(Keurig). I would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Boston."
"Being adjacent to a shopping mall was a plus. Room was OK but lots of external noise. Not enough coffee and creamers. No complementary coffee and car park was very expensive."
"Outstanding service and accommodations.
The Pub next door offers great choices for eats, drinks, and atmosphere.
The bed was extra-comfy and even the thermostat worked like a charm (can’t say that for all hotels!).
Front desk personnel, especially Carla, were super helpful and friendly.
So pleasantly impressed with my stay!
Highly recommended- did I mention in a prime location?"
