In the heart of the Harvard community, I've had two stays and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully put together right down to the little light that pops on in front of your bed so you don't stump your toe in the dark. To work space commons. To walking distance to campus, food and shopping. Wonderful multi-night stays.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Awesome location! Only negative is the shower doesn't really have any water pressure. That shouldn't stop you from staying here though, just be prepared.

This is a basic hotel. That said, the staff was very pleasant, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. Given that I just needed a safe and convenient place to sleep, it was perfect for my needs. I wouldn't necessarily stay here if I planned to spend a lot of time in the room or lounging about at the hotel, but it was everything I needed, and even had a mini refrigerator, an umbrella, and an iron in the room.

The location was great for restaurants, shops and walking. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and wobbly, but the staff noticed when they came in to service the room and submitted a repair ticket. The shower temperature control was finicky during a shower and variable from shower to shower.

I appreciated the great bed mattress, soft, supportive desk chair, the ability to control the room temperature and the fan speed, the deep sink in the bathroom (great for washing items), the bright lighting, and the free coffee and tea. Plus you can print up to ten pages - a great perk! It's also in a great location near multiple forms of public transportation and various restaurants.
