    A newly renovated third-floor unit in a quiet multifamily home in Roslindale Village (02131), with 780 square feet of living space. Well-designed and genuinely livable for a month, at a price that undercuts a Boston hotel.





    The space: one bedroom with a double bed and a loft bed, a single bed in the hallway nook, and a couch in the living area suitable for sleeping. Sleeps 4. One full bathroom. Third-floor walk-up.





    Set up for longer stays: a full kitchen with full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher, stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee and pantry basics. Free washer and dryer in the basement. Central heating and air conditioning. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk with soft lighting. Two smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Disney+.





    Families: toys and children's books, a booster seat, and a pack and play (please bring your own linens).





    The neighborhood: walk to Roslindale Village for bakeries, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The Arnold Arboretum is an eight-minute walk, and Adams Park with its seasonal farmers market is minutes away. Village Market and CVS within a ten-minute walk, with several playgrounds nearby.





    Getting around: buses 36, 37 and 51 connect to Forest Hills Station on the Orange Line. Roughly 20 minutes by car to Harvard, Cambridge and the North End, and 25 minutes to MIT, downtown Boston and TD Garden.
