The hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The location in Back Bay was so convenient. We walked everywhere we went. Beautiful hotel, coffee and breakfast pastries were delicious. We would stay here again.

Basic hotel with few amenities out of normal hours, particularly inconvenient for overseas travellers who may be up early and looking for a drink. Location was good, with a choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. About a 40 minute walk into the centre.

Excellent service at the front desk. Room was available for early check in. Issues with the TV in the room and the front desk sent someone up immediately to fix it. Room was very clean and comfy.

The staff was amazing, the front desk girl was so helpful! She recommended a few spots to visit, and those spots definitely made our trip very enjoyable! Overall the hotel vibes were on point! On a personal note the background music was the best part of it! I would definitely come back here every time I come to Boston!

The stay was great! Friendly staff and great service. It was an excellent location. We were right next to the train station and we were able to go anywhere from there. Just an FYI, there is not really a free breakfast here. It’s free coffee + pastry and 20% off at the restaurants next to the hotel.

Loved our room (502). It overlooked the Boston Marathon Finish Line and Boston Public Library. No problem with noise even though it faced Boylston Street. Room size wasn’t an issue for two people. Nice layout with small couch and efficient bathroom. Not a coffee drinker so I can’t speak to that but the packaged bread and dry pastry weren’t very good. Better off trying the bakeries in the area. Great location. Free to ride the Logan Express Bus to the Back Bay.

Great location. Walkable to restaurants, shops and freedom trail. Plenty of restaurants in the area. One block from Newbury Street. Fenway Park also walkable. Easy access to Uber. Airport is 10 minutes via taxi. The staff were very helpful.
