From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by many staff members. Edina checked us in and couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Checkin was seamless and quick. But the topper is that Edina texted us to make sure we were happy with our room and to make sure we didn’t need anything. They go above and beyond with service, we were so impressed! The doorman was always opening the door and asking us if we needed anything. They told us to call if we needed anything like bottles of water or drinks.
The room was immaculate was updated and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy and I normally travel with my own pillows and blanket but couldn’t this trip. And I was pleasantly surprised.
The location of the hotel is perfect! 10 mins from the airport, not even a 5 minute walk to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. Amazing Irish pups and coffee shops all around the hotel. The harbor and north end were not even a 10 min walk. We will only stay at the Dagny when we travel to Boston, we just loved everything about our stay!
The restaurant and bar was awesome! Great food and even better drinks. And again the service was impeccable! Grabbed coffee and yogurt parfaits in the Tradesman cafe on the other side of the lobby and everything again was amazing!
Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Boston!
