"On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this hotel. "

"All good, parking facilities excellent, distance to the Fair, absolutely the best…its clean and has what a hotel needs to have hosting many guests…the hotel is dirt expensive due to the fair (that’s just how it is), but you get the feeling of the staff is use to high volumes on this hotel - It just takes that feeling of a nice hotel a notch down."

"Hotel is old and very far away from everything. (A 40min bus ride or 20 min cab from the station). Ac was not working when we arrived and we were told to open the windows. Breakfast is very basic. It’s not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star. "
