"buongiorno,ho fatto presente che siamo entrambi disabili,ma non ci è stato detto che la camera era raggiungibile da una scala a chiocciola strettissima, quindi quasi impossibile da raggiungere, tanto che siamo andati via con un giorno di anticipo.Inoltre la stanza era veramente sporca, capelli e polvere nel bagno ( mi sono dovuto mettere io a pulirlo) il letto in condizioni pietose con macchie di origine sconosciuta... insomma un vero incubo.Non discuto la proprietaria abbastanza gentile,ma...

"Loved our stay and our room it's a beautiful clean hotel. The dinner and breakfast was also fantastic here and such good food. Dining staff were so nice and we loved our view. Only downer was the front desk staff were not always as helpful and the atm machine in the hotel was broken throughout."

"The location was good for us. It was a 20 minute walk into town. This was a lovely walk on the promenade. You could also walk about 20 minutes away from town to a lovely beach next to the pine woods. The supermarket was close by. Breakfast at the hotel was great and had plenty on offer including freshly squeezed orange juice, local honey and fresh fruit, bread and plenty more. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Loved our stay at this wonderful hotel. Fabulous fully renovated bedroom, with very comfortable bed and lovely fresh artwork. Would recommend a garden view balcony room and room 209 had a lovely dual aspect. Handy fridge, along with great aircon and a safe and Kettle with coffee and twinings tea supplied in the room. The lovely staff at reception were more than happy to give us fresh milk on request. The immaculate hotel garden is wonderful for sunbathing and we were delighted that they kept the pool open during our whole mid-October stay. Pool isn’t heated but very welcome with the fantastic weather and we swam everyday. Just a short 2mins stroll to the sandy beach (and ‘Oops’ gelato in the next street ) and about 25mins walk along the wide, tree-lined promenade to Alghero old town. Some lovely waterfront bars and cafes to stop at on the way for an aperitif or coffee. Hotel breakfast was delicious, fantastic coffee machine, hot eggs and bacon and an array of breads, cheeses, cereal, fruit and continental selection. Choice of 2 fabulous cakes each day. Noticed dairy free milk and gluten free options too. Can’t wait to return for another visit in the future. Thank you for our wonderful stay!"

"One of the most beautiful beaches in northwest Sardinia, this hotel is one of the rare establishments that maintains exceptional cleanliness. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options for all tastes. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the room service was exceptional. We visited in September. Beach chairs and umbrellas were complimentary, but in the previous weeks the first row cost €50. It is advisable to verify the cost of amenities in high season. To visit Alghero, a car is recommended. Parking is available and is free in the hotel pine forest parking lot. The staff is highly professional and hardworking."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, Pool area was lovely, breakfast was plenty and we had a lovely view from our balcony.. it is a bit of a walk into Bosa but we hired bikes which was great. The marina is a 10 mins walk and has nice restaurants in a really pretty area … I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Great location in the heart of the old town, beautiful historical building, staff friendly and extremely helpful. We had a superior double room on the first floor and it was great. No view to speak of and quite compact room but great bathroom with powerful shower. TV in the room, fridge, A/C., safe. We were very comfortable and had a great week. Breakfast was continental and served in the cloisters which was lovely."
