In the area surrounding the house, there are various trails to explore by bike (which can be stored on the ground floor of the property, in a locked, covered area) and on foot, leading to enchanting places with breathtaking views.
There are also traditional trattorias where you can enjoy local specialities and villages steeped in history.
For guests interested in spending time at the beach (as a temporary alternative to the tranquility of the countryside), the property offers a parking space in a private, enclosed area located on the Chiavari (Ge) waterfront.
