It is well equipped with nice touches including a telescope for use in the Dark Sky community - stellar! The large patio and garden has a spectacular view of the mountains. During our many hours on the patio we were entertained by the birds and a regularly visiting rabbit. The washing machine leaked the first time we tried it but the owner replaced the washer in a timely manner. This is a 5 star property but lost a star as the showers needed upgrading. ##### Peter G. Though we have rented numerous times in Rams Hill over the last eight years, this was the first time staying in a patio home in this particular neighborhood. The home was very clean and nicely appointed - a throw-back to the 1980's southwest theme. They do need to get a better coffee maker. Though this is not a negative to this particular rental, after renting through VRBO for several years now, I am finding the listed pricing confusing at best; and potentially misleading or deceptive. Some listings show the average per night price - not including a cleaning fee; while others show the average per night price and then add on numerous charges during or after the booking process. It is not easy for the potential renter to distinguish effectively between the various properties being considered. VRBO should make the average per night price shown more consistent as to what is included or else have the owners/property managers make clear initially what are the additional charges. ##### Jean K.
