The house's undeniable asset is its breathtaking sea view and direct access to the beach.   
Nestled in the heart of the private and guarded Cap Benat estate, the house offers every comfort for a magical stay. You'll enjoy sea views from virtually every room, large sunny terraces, a wood-burning fireplace for when you're back from a walk in the off-season, a Mediterranean terraced garden and a heated swimming pool, also with sea views... Sleep to the gentle sound of the surf, wake up to the sound of the birds. Have a visit from the squirrels for breakfast.... Just a few of the house's surprises! The luxury of nature, calm and serenity.  
The house, recently renovated to ensure a high level of comfort, has 4 double bedrooms, a large living room on the garden level, communicating with the kitchen, and a large shaded terrace. For swimming, you can choose between the 3 private beaches or coves on the estate, or the swimming pool, heated in the off-season. The beach restaurant on the adjoining Gaou Bénat estate offers simple, high-quality Mediterranean cuisine with your feet in the sand. Don't forget your tennis equipment, as you can reserve one of Gaou Bénat's 10 tennis courts. As an alternative to lounging by the pool or on the beach, the region offers a wide range of leisure activities: scuba diving at the port of La Favière, touring the region's wine estates (Château Léoube, La Sanglière, Domaine Ott, Château de Brégançon, Château des Bormettes. ...), the crossing to the Iles d'Or (Port Cros, Porquerolles, Le Levant) for a visit to the Fondation Carmignac or some magnificent walks.....We'll be delighted to advise you and help you organize the leisure activities that appeal to you.

Nous avons passé huit jours dans cet endroit merveilleux. Cette maison est très bien située et profite d’une vue imprenable sur la mer et le petit port du Pradet. Très joli jardin , magnifique Piscine avec vue mer. C’est un endroit magique ! Très bonne communication avec SOPHIE.👌
