Located in La Favière, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Bormes-les-Mimosas, it offers quick access to the beach while enjoying a pleasant setting.  
  
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a high-quality double bed and a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. It also has a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation. For your comfort, air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature all year round, and a washing machine is available. A smart TV with access to Netflix and Canal+ is featured in the living room and bedroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected at all times.
