This first-floor holiday rental comprises an air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher open to the living room, and a bathroom with a toilet.  
  
The advantages of this seaside rental include private parking, all the desired amenities and comforts, and proximity to the beach and shops.  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
