Betreff: Ferienwohnung FeWo Sehr geehrte/r FeWo Anbieter Sie haben mir eine Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmer für 3 Tage für 613€ angeboten die wir in Anspruch nahmen. Als wir ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt das nur 1 Schlafzimmer und die Wohnung für 2 Personen ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten keine Wahl noch irgendwo ein Zimmer über Ostern zu bekommen zumal wir auch zusammen verbleiben wollten und schon bei Ihnen bezahlt hatten.Wir haben uns geeinigt und 1 Paar schlief notgedrungen auf dem Sofa. Der Zustand der Wohnung war für uns geradeso ok . Die Vermieterin zeigte uns das Badezimmer das durch ein Schlafzimmer führte was neu renoviert wäre 🙈( habe Fotos von dusche dreckig Schimmelecken etc) Toilettenring bewegte sich nach links und rechts . Das Paar musste nachts durchs Schlafzimmer laufen um aufs WC zu gehen🙈Die Betten schmuddelig die Kissen verklumpt. Der Tisch in Küche total wackelig und mit das schlimmste überhaupt war der Geruch in der Wohnung!!! Fenster waren alle auf und die 10 Mülltonnen standen direkt darunter . Wie waren Gott sei dank nur über Nacht da. Man konnte sonst diesen beissenden Geruch nicht ertragen. Es wäre schön wenn wir eine Ermäßigung von 50 Prozent erhalten denn mehr hätte es nicht kosten dürfen!! Leider hatten wir im Vorfeld bezahlt. Lg Keine Ermäßigung sofern Erstattung

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung in einem nett angelegtem Haus. Mit Parkplatz, Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Handtücher +Bettwäsche inklusive. Lage war super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Fahrradverleih waren fußläufig zu erreichen, Strand/Hundestrand waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch das Zentrum konnte man gut zu Fuß erkunden. Und von dort aus konnte man schöne Fahrradtouren machen ...
