Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected.

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

Positive aspects: hotel’s structure is truly beautiful and location is excellent. Some aspects of our stay fell quite short of what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. I would like to leave the suggestion that they reconsider the way guests are welcomed and treated a smile and real care make all the difference in bringing a hotel to life and shaping the experience of those who choose to stay with them.

Air con made the stay very comfortable. Room super clean and tidy. The shower barely had any pressure and the hose had a hole in it and was leaking. The bath had jets but those didn't work. The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but fresh and tasty.
