Despite seeming to be recently opened, too many things in the room weren’t working: television, temperature control, and safe.
When I told the manager that the safe didn’t work, he said it was “normal” and that I could put my valuables in their safe.
He also said that the temperature couldn’t be lowered, even though the room was stuffy, because it was “that time of year”. He suggested that we open the window, which we did, and we were both bitten by mosquitoes.
Absolutely no amenities, not even tissues, in the bathroom except for soap dispensers. Website promised slippers and amenities. No bottled water. No mini fridge. No milk in the coffee service.
Finally, we are still waiting, 72 hours after we checked out, for our statement to be sent to us by email.
Very disappointing.
