This hotel is extremely convenient since it is close to the beach and most stores. My only comment is that they should at least cover the hotels making it more private. My initial room cannot have the windows open since the houses across can see you.

Our first visit was in 2017 and we were satisfied with the service/hotel. We decided to come back and give it another try this past December 2023. This time around we were much happier with the hotel/service, seemed like they did some updates to the facility; cleaner and more amenities. The only issue I had was right outside the hotel were people coming up to you left and right trying to sell everything. This is not the hotels fault at all; we chose to stay in that area so that’s what you have to deal with, other than that, the hotel was affordable, clean, and you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast, that was delicious every morning. This is our 3rd stay. The staff hands down are very good! The waiting staff John and Marge are the best! Cristina is great at the front desk! However, facility needs a bit of focus. Bathrooms were ok but I’ve seen better cleanliness. The beach was great but the vendors constantly selling to you was a bit annoying.

The property has to be renovated. You can tell by the looks and smell. There’s a musty smell coming out of the bathroom. It was also raining a lot when we were there, they need to fix their drainage too. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, I ended up using my own data. On the good side, the hotel is at the beach front and very close to restaurants and D’ Mall. Staffs were accommodating and nice. Breakfast was decent too.

The hotel location is perfect and very convenient to go around at Station 2. The service personnels were very helpful and accommodating to our request. Only improvement is to increase the horsepower of the A/C in the premier room. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

The Hotel itself is in a great location, beach front and close to everything. But what I liked the most during our stay are the polite, friendly and courteous staff. Special mention to Zeph who helped us organized a pick up service from airport @Caticlan to resort and vv.

There was no shower door on the room I was given. The water all over the bathroom floor and there was some safety issue that it was slippery with a wet bathroom floor. The soap and shampoo receptacle was missing at the shower stall other than that, it was excellent. The staff was extremely nice even the security guard was very helpful.The entertainment during dinner needs a little more livelier. The breakfast servers needs to be more keen on refilling the dish containers if it is almost empty. For the the price what guest pays for the breakfast buffet, they need to up the ante on the food. The ice tea was too sweet. The convenience of being by the beachfront was so great. The place could easily solve the minor problems.

Good but not great!
Accessibility of hotel from shuttle drop off point is dismal; unfortunately Hotels.com did not indicate availability of shuttle service. We used this service going back to the airport and it was much more convenient specially if one has more than one luggage. Staff are courteous and helpful and hotel is beach front property next to all conveniences. Placement of towels is unsafe and not short people friendly and you have to step on the toilet to reach them. This could be unsafe for heavy set individuals; soap, shampoo holder looked like it fell off and never replaced; mattresses felt old as you can feel the metal springs when you lie down; replacing the mattresses or adding a padding would help.

This location was prime in that it’s beach front and it’s close to the mall & restaurants! It’s an older hotel, so the aesthetics of the rooms were on the older end. Their WiFi is NOT strong and their housekeeping is average. They DO NOT change your sheets unless you ask and they do not pick up cups, utensils, etc unless you ask. The staff were kind and attentive, so that was great! The other thing is they do not offer shuttle services like other hotels on the island. They also charged pretty high whenever we requested a car and we had to walk a 5 minute walk to meet the driver. Overall, the location made it worth it, but I probably won’t book here again.

Great location right on the beach and in the centre of the action so to speak. Rooms and pool are located far enough behind that give you peace when you require it. The staff were most certainly very welcoming and friendly. I just felt the overall quality of the rooms couldn't justify the price i paid there looked to be better available in a similar level when i got out and explored. I also soent a lot of time hunting down mosquitos (its an island but that was excessive) Comfortable, good central spot but wouldnt return

Very clean and comfortable, right on the beach!
Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming! We were there immediately after the typhoon so all the hotels were powered by generators and the pool was closed, but the staff went out of their way to make things comfortable! I highly recommend using the hotel transfer service from/to the airport. The hotel is right on the beach, and they provide towels and beach mats. The sand is very clean and not too hot to walk on with bare feet. The water is very clean with lots of water activities available like paddle boarding, boating, jet ski, sailing, etc. Many activity vendors offer different prices and the prices are reasonable and negotiable! The island hopping tour is very good and included lunch for 1000 pesos/per person (about $20). We also went helmut diving (very fun!) and para sailing for 1500 php (US$30) and 1800 php ($36), respectively. For para sailing, I recommend using the Superman vendor. The hotel also included breakfast, which was excellent and had a cook to order egg and omlet chef! Although the hotel is situated right on the beach, it is very quiet at night and easy to sleep. There are no loud bands or music. The hotel restaurant is very good for dinner also; we ate there one night for a seafood buffet and it was superb! There are plenty of other restaurants on the beach near the Mall, which is less than a five minute walk. Overall, a very pleasant stay, clean and comfortabe rooms at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Le Soleil de Boracay!

Overall the service is incredible. Everyone greeted us a even though they are just passing thru. Ferma is a professional server. Give her a raise! She went above and beyond and very informative. The lady who cooks omelette for my daughter and my sunny side up for 4 nights... she loves her job with passion!

Highly recommended!
When I think about beach front hotel, this is what I had exactly in mind. Literally 15 or 20 steps away from the reception area to the shore. The weather was very unpredictable during our stay, so when it rained we easily can go back to the hotel and chill. Shout out to Grace and the staff at the reception for being so accomodating and very fast to respond to any requests/issues during our stay. I would like to commend Anthony too for being so keen to details. I also like the French/Spanish aesthetic of this hotel, very conducive to the Bora experience. I would definitely book this hotel when I will come back to Boracay, will surely recommend to my friends too.
