Most of the time this property is booked up pretty quickly when the year starts and now we understand why. Every detail that went into this house is very impressive from the curated decor to the color coordinating Fiesta dinnerware. They keep it very well stocked with cookware, k-cups, linens, etc. The house itself is gorgeous and filled with so much character. We spent our mornings on the deck eating breakfast and enjoying the view. We LOVED the location, all of our favorite spots were just a few feet away from the front door. It was very convenient to park the car and be able to walk to everything. The house was so unique. You could spend a day just looking at the special features of the house and the detail of it. It was very well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen made you want to fix meals and not go out to eat. We are looking forward to our next vacation there. GREAT PLACE!!! House Rules & Helpful Info Trash & Recycling \-Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins located under the deck in front of the driveway. \-You do not need to bring the cans to the street. \-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Maine. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them. \-No Smoking is permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property. \-Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises. \-Damage Policy - We understand accidents happen! Please report any damage right away so we can address it quickly and prevent further issues. \-Starter Pack - Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. Please note that the following are not included: \-Spices & condiments \-Mosquito/tick repellent \-Personal hygiene items \-Sunscreen \-dBeach towels Grill Use - If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times.
