Tranquil Country Home

With plenty of room to park your cars, vans or boats, this home is located just 10 minutes to popular River Heads and Hervey Bay boat ramps. This 2-bedroom house is situated on a bit over 1 acre and is pet friendly. The lockable shed not only houses 2 vehicles, it also has a seperate air-conditioned office for uninterrupted work time. This property is a great base to access fishing, K'Gari and Hervey Bay with an easy drive to all amenities including the airport.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and air conditioned with plenty of cupboard space. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. The TV room is air conditioned. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooking. Water is supplied by tanks and is unfiltered. The bathroom has a shower (no bath) with a seperate toilet. There is a washing machine with a full-size clothesline. The spacious front patio that is fully enclosed with a BBQ and ceiling fans. The shed has a bait fridge/freezer. Pets are catered for while you are out with a fully secure pet pen. Fast internet with Starlink.
Guests please be aware that this is a rural property, and dams are nearby so supervision of children will be required.

Stayed here before catching ferry to Kgari. Very quiet and well suited for our needs. Had everything you needed to prepare a meal. Need to bring all your food stuffs as it is about 15 mins to nearest shops. Great place to relax and enjoy the area
