Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. SPECTACULAR view from the balcony. Stayed for a weekend with 2 adults and 2 teens. Good location, away from the hustle and bustle (and traffic) of downtown Boone, but not too far away. Good wifi, but no cell service, so couldn’t get google maps to load from when we left the condo until you are a few minutes down Hwy 105 toward Boone (so know which direction you’re heading before leaving the condo!). Was comfortable and as advertised, would definitely stay there again!

Nice basic needs

We had what we needed. Not much TP on hand and we had issues with the washer. But all in all, it was a nice stay. It had a great view of Grandfather Mountain!

Lovely Mountain Get-away

This property was terrific. It was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The layout made it feel larger than it is with room for everyone to be together and space for everyone to get some quiet time. The view of Grandfather mountain was wonderful. The balcony was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Though most people don't go to the mountains for the swimming, it is important to note that you have to drive to both the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool is in a whole separate development. Aside from that, this was a really terrific place for a family getaway. We hope to be back soon!

This condo is super cute and very clean! The view of Grandfather Mountain was my favorite thing about the condo. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Place was nice and clean. Only suggestion is to tighten up the furniture. Almost all the furniture just needs tightening up. Screws loose from normal wear

Beautiful view, very displeased with service

Owners should include in listing information regarding technology available in each room. Loft and second bedroom did not have tv with necessary technology. We would have picked another unit had this information been disclosed. I contacted the management office Friday immediately after arriving and visited the management office on Saturday morning. Calls were not returned. Zero follow-up as promised. I have stayed at Echota before and referred a number of renters. I would not rent this unit again if the tv's are not updated. I would also reconsider renting from Foscoe again based on poor service and response.
