The unit + location is within walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock & very convenient. The unit is equipped with everything you need, i.e., dishes, utensils, appliances, etc., however, there is no ice maker so don't forget to get a bag of ice. I would suggest that the cleaning service clean the outside patio table & seating area and the sheets/linens while clean are very thin; perhaps a refresh is needed. The front glass door will not shut unless you pull on it. The washing machine did not work & was reported to the owner who apologized for the inconvenience. A little further off Main St than we thought , but thats ok. The towels mildewed very fast. You could hear the upstairs people a lot. Condo was equipped with anything you may need.
