The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. My sister stayed next door and hers wasn't cleaned once! The rooms also need some checking -rip in curtain, tv not working great - lots of channels but none work! The suite was fitted with high-end furnishings and amenities and we felt so comfortable there. There is also a lovely pool and sauna nestled in the woods.
