◘ Located on the 2nd floor at the back of the building, Apartment 04 is just a 5-minute walk (approximately 300m) from the beautiful Bombas Beach, making it easy to access its crystal-clear waters. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a map — you can click on it to view the exact location.

BEDROOMS:

• The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with split AC, high-quality box spring beds, and wardrobes.

• 1 suite with a queen-size bed.

• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 bunk bed.

• Mattresses and pillows are covered with protectors, replaced with every new stay to ensure hygiene and comfort.

BATHROOMS:

◘ There are 2 bathrooms — 1 en-suite and 1 shared — both with high-flow showers to help you relax after a day at the beach. We also provide a hair dryer, shampoo, and liquid soap so you can feel at home.

KITCHEN:

◘ The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils you need to prepare your meals just like at home. It includes a gas stove, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. We provide dish soap, sponge, cleaning cloth, and dish towel for the first few days.

LIVING ROOM WITHOUT A BALCONY:

◘ The living room, integrated with the kitchen, is extremely cozy and equipped with a 3-meter retractable and reclining sofa, perfect for relaxation. Although the apartment doesn’t have a balcony, the large window in the living room faces the sea, allowing the space to stay well-ventilated, with a light sea breeze providing a constant feeling of freshness. Additionally, a 43" Smart TV complements the space, making it ideal for leisure and relaxation.

SERVICE AREA & BARBECUE:

◘ The apartment has a full laundry area with an automatic washing machine, sink, and portable drying rack. The charcoal barbecue grill, located next to the laundry area, is perfect for cooking up a great barbecue and enjoying the beach atmosphere.
