"When I arrived the lobby was full of people who could not get rooms because the manager said their computer was down. I was left with no where to stay at 11pm. I called both hotels.com and Marriott. The option I was left with was trying to find booking at a beach area last minute on my own and booking and paying again with no refund for my current booking. I ended up cutting my stay and driving back home through the night. "

"This was an unusual property with several unfriendly quirks. First is parking. It is done across the street in a third party lot. You have to go through a ridiculous procedure to register your car. The hotel should make this easier. Next the room. The front door is 90% clear glass. In order to gain some privacy, you have to pull a drape completely across another glass panel and the door. In the room there is a money making minibar situation with snacks and yet no coffee machine and no access to coffee other than the adjacent restaurant when it is open. Also there is no ice machine. How can you not have an ice machine available for your guest? And why not have one of those automatic coffee machines in the 24-hour open lobby? Very disappointed in this hotel and will not be staying here in the future."
