"Rooms were very nice. Comfortable … well maybe the pull out couch bed needed a little more cushioning. My biggest complaint was the parking. We received an advance notice about parking that said valet parking was $25 or there was a parking garage “across the street” for $10. We got there and valet parking was $33 (and not very helpful). The parking garage was NOT across the street you had to go down half a block and turn left., then the garage was on the left…."

"Overall a good stay. Cute houseboat that is well stocked and host even provided water and snacks upon arrival. Also nice having four beach chairs available to use (in great condition) for our girls trip. The only complaint was when the neighbors in the adjacent houseboat decided to continue partying on their deck after they got home from the bars around 2:00 AM. I was disappointed that no one was available after hours with the Cove management company to assist with this but eventually contacted the Wilmington police who immediately came and handled the situation and shut it down at 3.30 AM."

"The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed."
