    The Sagamore Golf House is the big one. A chef’s kitchen, a movie theater, a wine cellar, a six-person hot tub and a stone fire pit, set on 3.5 acres beside the Sagamore course. Sleeps 16+ across 9 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, with your own dock slip on Lake George a short drive away.

    Bring everyone. There’s room.

    THE SPACE

    Mornings start in the kitchen — the kind built for twelve people talking at once. Afternoons drift to the course, the lake or the hot tub. Evenings end in the theater or around the fire.

    GUEST ACCESS
    The whole house and grounds are yours. A few owner closets stay locked.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    Check-in is 4 pm, checkout 10 am. After booking we send a short rental agreement to sign, then your arrival details on the day. The primary guest must be 25 or older. Undisclosed pets are charged $250 each. Cancellations carry a non-refundable card-processing fee. Concierge services and WOW experiences — a private chef, a boat, a floating s’mores bar — are available on request. Luxury Lake George manages seven homes in Bolton Landing; ask us if you need two.

Absolutely fabulous!

The house was setup so amanzingly well. It felt like a luxurious resort but yet a house! The mgmt company does amazing. Everything was so clean and the linens were great as well. Absolutely perfect for our family reunion!

Best vacation ever.

Hosted my children and twelve grandchildren. The house was perfect for our large group. Lots of room to play and without neighbors, we knew we weren't a problem to anyone else. This is our second time renting from Lake George Vacay (last year we rented. Lake View House) and we still think the best part of this company is the access to dock space. We will be back again soon.

Another great stay for our families!

This is our second stay for a large group of old college friends and our kids and it certainly did not disappoint! The house is incredible, sleeping four families very comfortably and giving our kids ranging from 4 - 14 years old endless entertainment. The pool table, theater, and secret bedroom are particular favorites. The setting is gorgeous on the golf course and we took full advantage of the sleds and hot tub for a beautiful winter weekend. We love the Luxury Lake George team for their attention to detail and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. From welcome treats to hunting down beloved stuffed animals left behind after check out, this team is the best there is. We are loyal clients for life and can't wait for our next trip!

This was a great experience and the home is incredible! James and the team were extremely helpful in answering questions, suggesting WOW experiences to make the trip special. Hibachi and S’mores with Sasquatch were awesome add ons! I’d recommend the Sagamore Golf House to anyone looking to spend quality time with friends and family, with an incredible view of the golf course, while still being close to great restaurants and attractions. A Perfect Adirondack Getaway for Our Family Gathering

We stayed at this beautiful home in the Adirondacks for a special family gathering, and it exceeded every expectation. The house is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out while still offering cozy common areas where we could all come together. Between the large kitchen, the comfortable living spaces, and the generous dining area, it felt like the home was designed with big groups in mind. The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by trees and golf course, it gave us that peaceful “away from it all” feeling while still being close enough to local trails, lakes, and small-town charm. Friendsgiving Girl's Weekend

We just wrapped up an incredible weekend at the Sagamore Golf House with 11 of my closest friends, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the space delivered on every front—beautiful interiors, thoughtful layout, and just the right amount of luxury and comfort all rolled into one. The kitchen and gathering areas were perfect and stocked with everything we could possibly need. And the amenities? Above and beyond. From the pool table and hot tub to the arcade, wine room, and movie theater, there was always something fun to do right inside the house. When we did step outside, the scenery made for beautiful walks! Even though we came for fun, it felt like we were staying somewhere well-designed and intentional—so many little touches made it feel premium without being over the top. Location wise, everything lined up: peaceful surroundings, yet plenty of nearby options when we wanted to explore. A heartfelt thank you to the host for making the planning so easy and for providing a space that allowed our getaway to be more than just “another weekend away.” We’ll absolutely be back.
