In Building 11, you’ll stay in a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. The approximately 55 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and features a terrace facing southeast. It includes a living/dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and, of course, a bedroom. The distance to the beach from the Papillon resort is approximately 250 m.

The modern living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and a dining table for 4 people. Here, everyone can gather for meals together. A flat-screen TV is available for entertainment. You can access the furnished balcony directly from the living area.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. The entire apartment features designer flooring.

The double bed in the bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep. The closet offers space for your entire holiday wardrobe. Blackout curtains are, of course, provided.

A tiled shower room is also available in the apartment. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 11. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. The outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (without making the beds). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.


Property:

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in the park-like grounds. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with a terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
