The cosy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, providing two additional sleeping spots, as well as a TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-west-facing terrace. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a modernised, naturally lit shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and seating. A guest bathroom is also available on this upper floor. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a cot. Two low-step bicycles belonging to the apartment are also available for your use—at your own risk. This non-smoking home can accommodate up to 6 people. One free parking space is available at the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in public areas nearby. Pets are not allowed.
