The cosy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV, a stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is well-equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-west-facing terrace, which includes a grill. 
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a modernised shower room with a sink, hair dryer, toilet, and free use of a washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a cot. A guest bathroom is also available on this upper floor. As the property is family-friendly, a high chair is included. An iron is also provided. This non-smoking home is ideal for up to 4 people. A free parking space is available on-site. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted.
