The cosy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, reading chair, TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished southwest-facing terrace. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a second TV. A guest bathroom is also available on this upper floor. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a cot. This non-smoking home is ideal for up to 4 people. One free parking space is available on-site.
