Holiday Apartment No. 35 on the upper floor of the Sünnslag holiday complex, newly renovated in January 2024, is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

You’ll stay on the upper floor in a comfortable 2-room apartment with a south-facing balcony. You’ll find a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 400 metres from the Sünnslag resort.

The furnished balcony is accessible from the living area. In the living room, you can spend cosy evenings on the sofa. A flat-screen TV and a radio are available for your entertainment.

The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, features a microwave, dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Everyone can gather around the dining table to enjoy meals together. The floors throughout the apartment are covered with laminate or vinyl. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

A shower room is also available for your use. You’ll also find the washing machine there. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge.

The designated parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the storage room (shared with SUE/035EG).

The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and, in some cases, separate kitchens, provide a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
