Holiday Apartment No. 13 at Strandvilla Krabbe is a one-room apartment that accommodates up to 2 people.

Located on the 2nd floor, holiday apartment No. 13 has a living area of 30 m² and features a living room/bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing the lake. The beach is only 10 metres away.

The living area features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). A stereo system with a CD player and a flat-screen TV provide entertainment in the evenings. The floor is covered with designer flooring. During the colder months, you can enjoy a partial lake view from the balcony.

The small kitchenette, integrated into the living area of this holiday rental, offers a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The tiled shower room with a window is functionally equipped.

The Strandvilla Krabbe (Units 1–7) and the accompanying guesthouse (Units 8–15), with direct beach access, feature an outdoor seating area and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property! A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Are you looking for a holiday right by the sea? The lovingly renovated Strandvilla Krabbe is located in the first row on Boltenhagen’s Baltic Sea beach. The villa is a listed building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many historic villas along the beach promenade, built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of the Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998, including the addition of an annex and the construction of a new guesthouse.

During the renovation, six holiday apartments were created in the Strandvilla and a total of eight in the annex. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of these apartments have lake views or face the lake. All holiday apartments are one- or two-bedroom units.

Do you need Wi-Fi access on holiday? You can use Wi-Fi here for free. Free parking spaces are also available directly on the Villa’s property. Do you drive an electric car? You’ll find two charging stations (for a fee) in the Strandvilla Krabbe car park. There’s a bike shed.
