Each unit has a separate entrance, though the upper-level apartments are accessible via an exterior staircase. The 4-room apartment described here, Papillon 11-8, is located on the ground floor and features a balcony. The living area is 65 square metres. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment features a kitchenette and three bedrooms. A travel cot and high chair are provided. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The 4-room Papillon 11-8 maisonette holiday apartment is a family-friendly apartment with a living area of 65 square metres. Up to 6 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here. The spacious living/dining area is furnished with a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa with two additional sleeping spots, as well as other seating options and a dining table. A TV, stereo, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, which is furnished seasonally. The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Also located on this floor is a separate bedroom with two single beds and a closet. The bathroom features two sinks and a toilet. A staircase in the living area leads to the upper level, which has two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m by 2.00 m) and a closet. The third bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m by 2.00 m) and a closet. For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house. A high chair, a travel cot, and children’s toys are available at no additional charge. You can park your car for free in the apartment’s private outdoor parking space. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The Baltic Sea is only about 250 metres away.
