The kitchen is fully equipped—it features a stove with four ceramic burners, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There are also plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Enjoy your meals together at the large dining table or on the southwest-facing balcony.

For entertainment, there are two TVs, a stereo system, and a selection of games and books, so you’ll never get bored—even when the weather isn’t great. The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished, and its vinyl flooring not only looks great but also creates a pleasant living environment. In addition, modern amenities and thoughtful details create a cosy atmosphere.

An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
