The Minervapark building features 30 residential units located close to the beach and the town centre of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. You’ll find comfortable and individually furnished 2- to 3-room apartments with 57 to 73 square metres of living space, each featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, at least one bedroom, and, in some cases, an additional guest bathroom. Almost all apartments offer free internet access. Some apartments are equipped with washing machines and dryers. An lift, an on-site underground car park, and a shared bicycle storage room are available. The fine sandy beach, with excellent swimming conditions, is just 70 metres away.

The family-friendly 3-room ground-floor holiday apartment “Minervapark 1” with a terrace has a living area of 73 square metres and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. For entertainment, a TV and stereo system are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. From the comfortably furnished living/dining area, featuring a sofa set and a dining table that seats four, you can step out onto the seasonally furnished, north-facing terrace. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen-living area featuring: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. Two separate bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes offering ample storage space provide a restful night’s sleep. Ideally, this holiday rental features two comfortable bathrooms with showers, a sink, and a toilet, one of which includes a washing machine for free use. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment. A high chair and a travel cot are available for small children. You can park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach the apartment floors via the lift.
