The apartment is located on the 3rd floor—accessible by lift—in a historic palace on one of the finest streets in the very centre of Bologna, just 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. It consists of a living/dining room, a kitchen, one master bedroom and a second bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. There is also a charming terrace. The apartment is fully furnished in a contemporary style and features designer pieces. It is completely quiet, facing the interior of the building.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, I will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, I am available to address any requests or concerns. The heating is independently controlled and can be adjusted via a central thermostat, while both the living and sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning units. The living room and kitchen feature wooden ceilings with exposed beams. The living room includes a dining table that seats 6 people and Cappellini seating (2 armchairs and a sofa, accommodating up to four people). The custom-designed kitchen is equipped with every modern appliance, including a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a gas stove, as well as plenty of dishes and kitchenware.
A hallway with a large closet leads from the living room to the sleeping area. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), an armchair, a chest of drawers, and a TV. Adjacent to the main bedroom is a walk-in closet that includes a storage area where household cleaning and personal care supplies are kept. There is a second bedroom equipped with a single bed and a French-size sofa bed. The bathroom features elegant tiles and a large custom-built shower stall. The apartment also includes a washing machine, located in the bathroom. Pets: Pets may be allowed, but this must be discussed in advance; the main requirement is that they do not make noise that disturbs the neighbors.

This location is ideal for guests who wish to explore the city on foot. Within a few minutes’ walk, guests can also reach all the most interesting monuments in the city centre, as well as the buildings that house numerous art exhibitions and the most renowned restaurants. The apartment is located in a palazzo under the supervision of the Superintendence of Fine Arts, which was once home to aristocrats. The apartment is right next to Palazzo Ghisilardi, home to the Medieval Civic Museum of Bologna, and the Exhibition Centre of Palazzo Fava, featuring the Carracci Fava Literary Café. In its immediate vicinity are sites of great historical and artistic interest, such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts, the renowned Opera Comunale, the famous Jewish ghetto, and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers, which, like Piazza Maggiore, are less than a two-minute walk away. Via Indipendenza, Bologna’s most famous shopping street, is about 300 metres away. The alleyways next to Piazza Maggiore, centred around Via Pescherie Vecchie, with all their food and wine shops, are also located just a short distance away. Public Transport: Along the adjacent Via Indipendenza, you can take the bus to reach the train station or the fairgrounds. Parking: The apartment is located within the ZTL (limited-traffic zone), and an access ticket is required. You can rent a parking space in the building’s courtyard for 25 euros per day. For guests staying for a short period, the city allows car access to the city centre for only 3 days within a month or for 4 consecutive days. Access is granted with a daily ticket (€6).
