There are no Italian chief inside the house. But all the facilities available for you to cook. The host is very friendly and helpful. He is living near by and filling the breakfast items every day. The property is clean and accessible distance to city centre and CNR.

Great stay with initial difficulty communication

Had some issues trying to communicate with the host to modify the booking, but once it was figured out the host was very helpful and accommodating. Check-in instructions could’ve been more detailed as we struggled to find the property. But as soon as we got into the property, we had no more issues. The host was very nice, as was the property and the breakfast they provided. The neighborhood was nice and it is a very easy walk from the train station and located right next to a bus stop.

It was overall an okay experience I would say. It's a B&B with moderately cheap price I would say. So you get what you pay for. They didn’t have late check in option, so we had to stay in a pretty further place with the same price. No air conditioning available in pick summer. They have breakfast and you have a roof top of your head. If this is the bare minimum you're looking for then this is the place. The lady does not speak English so you would have to translate everytime. I must say, what I paid, I got in return. It was safe and clean. I stayed with my wife. That's it!

Кімната умебльована тільки необхідними для відпочинку речами, постіль випрана, ліжка застелені. Вікно виходить у двір, тому в середині тихо, вуличний шум не турбує. Ванна кімната обладнана всім необхідним, є фен і пристрій для укладки волосся. Кухня: є плита, чайник і кавоварка, доступні заварка, цукор, кава, йогурт, пластівці, посуд. Можна замовити сніданок, або самостійно щось приготувати собі. Сервіс ненав'язливий. Помічниця господаря гостинна, приємна, ввічлива, готова допомогти й надати інформацію, відповісти на запитання. Враховуючи, що під час перебування в Болоньї кімната використовувалася тільки для відпочинку вночі, загальне враження позитивне. Рекомендую.

Ho prenotato per due miei operai la stanza con il bagno ma nella descrizione non era per niente chiaro che il bagno fosse in condivisione con altri ospiti, se l'avessi saputo non avrei mai prenotato, è una cosa che deve essere chiaramente scritta. posizione senza parcheggio nè privato nè pubblico, nonostante avessi chiesto espressamente di farmi trovare anche il mezzo etto fatto ( ho preso la camera con matrimoniale e mezzo letto ) se lo sono dovuti fare i miei ragazzi al loro arrivo. Nota positiva, la signora che fa i dolci per la prima colazione che è inclusa.

Esperienza molto bella, il titolare si pone con un atteggiamento sicuro e accogliente, molto alla mano. La disponibilita' mostrata e' stata massima, non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Stanze comunque molto silenziose, colazione veramente comoda considerando che non bisogna seguire orari e anche ben fornita con cose di qualita' (inoltre comprate quotidianamente). Siamo noi clienti che ringraziamo te (titolare) per averci fornito una soluzione con un servizio ottimo ad un ottimo prezzo, e' cosi' che si lavora. Prendessero tutti esempio.
