  • Studio for two people, with a sofa bed and all the necessary amenities for your stay such as free wifi.

    Green balcony to relax after a long day or eat a good meal. It is located in a strategic position near the Margherita Gardens, the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi hospital and the Rizzoli hospital. Nearby there are shops, supermarkets bars and restaurants.

    The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, with a lift not suitable for disabled people. To access the elevator you have to go up five steps.

    In 40 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates two people with a double sofa bed.

    In the apartment there are the following services: fan, free unlimited wifi and iron, a/c.

    Shower box with bidet, washing machine and hairdryer, present in the bathroom.

The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are wonderful: you can admire breathtaking views over Bologna and relax in nature.
