This is a SCAM. I needed a last minute place to stay in bologna and booked this room at abot 7/8pm 8/23 tried to check in at 9pm there is nobody there to check you in, no buzzer door entrance.just all these other tourist who got scammed too. The phone message is just a machine. Not possible to get refundz

Close to train station
Hotel is right next to the train station which is very convenient if you need to stop over for the night. The shared bathroom was clean, but the shower floods, therefore I chose not to shower whilst I stayed for the night in case due to hygiene reasons (I didn't have flip flops/thongs to wear, but that wouldn't have helped at all anyway). My husband used the shower and the water wasn't warm at all! The breakfast doesn't really constitute as a breakfast, just snacks. Check in was super easy, so it seems accommodating if you need to check in a bit later in the evening. The hotel is on the top floor and no lift, so getting upstairs was a little challenging. I would recommend this hotel if you only need a bed to sleep on, and if you don't mind sharing bathroom facilities. Keep in mind that the only sink is in the shared bathroom.

Disgusting treatment. Left on the streets at night
I am not able to comment on the standard of the hotel because I could not get in. Because of circumstances beyond my control I did not get to the hotel before their curfew time which is something I have never come across before before. I was not able to contact the hotel to let them know I would be late because I was on the plane. When I arrived at the hotel the Italian man who gave me a lift had to speak to the man inside the hotel and he would not even come to the gate to speak to us. There ensued a terrible argument because the man who gave me a lift was furious that the hotel owner would not even come to the gate to discuss it let alone let me in to a room that I had paid for in advance. I was left in an unknown city on the street. Fortunately the man who gave me a lift from the airport helped me find another room for the night in the early hours of the morning. The next day when I spoke to the hotel the man was offensive and threatening so I did go there for what would have been the second night of a 2 night stay. How can a hotel not let someone in when they have paid. I think the hotel had sold my room because I was late arriving.The only recompense I received from Hotels .com was £25 voucher. This room cost me nearly £60. I am disgusted with the hotel and hotels.com for not reimbursing me. DON'T book this hotel unless you can absolutely guarantee that you will arrive before their curfew because they won't let you in.

Ottima posizione.
B&B comodo, silenzioso, pulito. Ho pernottato in una bella camera con bagno privato. Gli orari del check in sono piuttosto limitati perché non c'è reception, ma per il resto niente da dire. Andrea gentilissimo, check in e chiavi in due minuti.

Davvero il minimo indispensabile: letto matrimoniale formato da 2 materassi singoli, non il massimo della comodità.ho dovuto lasciare un biglietto per avere un secondo rotolo di carta igienica dopo 3 giorni. Nel complesso abbastanza pulito anche se un po' impolverato. Visto il prezzo come camera non è male, magari solo un po' di attenzione in più a questi dettagli

Leider 0 Flexibilät bei check in Zeiten. Wir waren erst nach 15:00 h in Bologna, check in war unmöglich. Hatten stunden vorher Unterkunft telef. kontaktiert. die Dame war aber nicht bereit, uns später in die Unterkunft zu lassen (16:30 h). Somit mussten wir 2 Nächte bezahlen, obwohl wir nur 1 Nacht dort nächtigen konnten. Für den 1. Tag mussten wir uns eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen und natürlich auch zahlen.

Una vera e propria sola! Abbiamo prenotato la stanza alle 16 e 30 di pomeriggio. Ci è poi arrivato un sms con scritto che il check-in chiudeva alle 15 e di chiamare dunque il costumer service. Nessuno ha mai risposto. Dunque ci siamo presentati al luogo indicato e ci siamo ritrovati davanti ad una serranda chiusa!! Il giorno dopo ci siamo ripresentati in orario di check-in e ad aspettarci c'era sempre lei, la serranda chiusa! E come noi altri turisti ingannati in cerca di spiegazioni da cui abbiamo se non altro ottenuto un po' di solidarietà! Siamo stati presi in giro e "derubati"!!

Ho prenotato al volo questa struttura per emergenza a Bologna. Chiamato un milione di volte il B&B prima dell'arrivo, nessuno rispondeva. Arrivati alla porta nessuno apriva. E' riportato che per arrivi al di fuori dell'orario descritto, si poteva tranquillamente chiamare il B&B. Non mi hanno rimborsato e ci si è dovuti arrangiare nel cuore della notte per trovare qualcos'altro a Bologna. Sconsigliato e pessimo. Mai successo niente del genere con i B&B.

Pessima gestione del check-in. L'orario nel quale poterlo fare è scomodissimo ma soprattutto non è ben visibile prima dell'acquisto. Inoltre sull'annuncio veniva data la possibilità di accordarsi per un orario diverso ma non si è rivelata un'informazione corretta. La prenotazione non è rimborsabile e quindi non ho potuto fare nulla se non perdere soldi e cercarmi un'altra sistemazione.

Boa noite!! Gostava de deixar aqui o meu desagrado uma vez que não consegui fazer o check in uma vez que o mesmo é da 13 as 15h e esse aviso não está disponível aquando da reserva em letras visíveis. Pior que isso já depois de me terem obrigado a reservar outro hotel (sem direito a reembolso) uma vez que o meu voo só chegava a Bolonha as 23, o anúncio deste hotel estava disponível para essa mesma noite já depois das tais 17h do check in Estragaram me logo essa noite.

non so dire niente di questa struttura, unica cosa che sa fregare i soldi, avevo prenotato qua per una notte senza leggere nei minimi dettagli le condizioni, quindi senza sapere dove e la fregatura, infatti il check-in era dalle 13-15, quindi se non arrivi in questi tempi gli regali i soldi, perché non vengono ad accoglierti oltre questo orario e ti dicono di trovarti un altro alloggio.Ladri...............

This is not a B&B, just a room with no breakfast option. The room was not at the address which was provided on hotels.com website. The check out time was also not at 11am as said on the website but at 10am. They let me stay ’till 11, though but seemed wuite annoyed about it. In general, the staff person with whom I was communicating was unfriendly and seemed not interested to give proper info or be willing to work at customer service. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bidet leaked so badly the whole bathroom got wet when I used it, the towel was in poor shape. Something good: the bed was good and the AC worked.

Ho pernottato solo per una notte. Check-in avvenuto regolarmente negli orari indicati. Personale gentile. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita con bagno privato. Aria condizionata funzionante. Posizione ottima, accanto alla stazione ferroviaria. Colazione non compresa, ma non è un grosso problema dato il costo più che vantaggioso della camera.

sopra gli armadi cera 1 cm di polvere credo che l'ultima pulizia risalga ad un anno più o meno, materassi duri ed collegati fra di loro con fascette da elettricista che fra laltro urtandoci fanno pure male sui piedi, non cè aria condizionata ed era un caldo umido infernale , valutazione pessima da una stella mezza spenta.

For this cost, location was great for both transportation and seeing the important places in Bologna. It is 8 minutes away from central station where you can reach trains and bus going to the airport. And it is about 20 minutes to the city center, piazza maggiore. You can experience the texture of the city as going to the center as well. What is not good as well as the location is there was just a bottle of soap. No shampoo, no gel. Cleanliness was enough and no cigarette smell was there. Heater was working capably. My advice, go there with your own shampoo you will be appreciated.

Auf keinen Fall buchen!
Leider bereits im Vorhinein 2x gebucht. Beim 1. Mal konnten wir nicht einchecken, da wir unter der angegebenen Nummer niemanden erreicht hatten. Das Telefon war ausgeschaltet. Beim 2. Mal hatten wir folgendes gebucht: 17m^2 großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof Bekommen hatten wir ein 9m^2 großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hauptbahnhof von Bologna, von welchem jede Lautsprecherdurchsage klar und deutlich zu hören war. Der Hotelbesitzer teilte uns mit, dass mit "Innenhof" der "Hauptbahnhof gemeint sei und somit ja kein Problem bestünde.

Aufgrund eines verspäteten Zuges. Es wurde ausgemacht, dass wir uns bei Ankunft telefonisch melden können und uns jemand aufmacht. Bei Ankunft haben wir 10 mal angerufen, jedoch war dann das Handy ausgeschalten und auch über Whatsapp haben wir bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sehr schlechter Service! Eine Frechheit zudem wir die volle Nacht im Vorfeld bezahlt haben.
